Education & Awareness Program

Support our Education & Awareness Program through sponsorship, focusing on preventative initiatives that educate students, faculty, parents, and the wider community or faith-based organizations in Union, Chester, York, Fairfield, Rowan, Cabarrus, and Mecklenburg counties. Providing comprehensive voluntary support services designed for survivors fleeing
a situation of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and/or stalking and helps victims transition into permanent, affordable housing. Catapult Outreach’s advocacy program offers comprehensive holistic wrap-around services, including emergency shelter, counseling, housing, education and training, legal services, and community partnerships. By sponsoring this program, you contribute to hosting events, forums, and workshops that play a crucial role in preventing domestic violence and sexual assault. Your funding will enable us to administer impactful educational initiatives, fostering awareness and support services for victims and survivors, ultimately working towards justice and healing in our communities.

Resource Center Program

$500,000

Support our resource center, aiding victims in their search for permanent housing, employment, and facilitating their healing and recovery from trauma and abuse. Support services offered will help transitional housing participants locate and secure permanent
housing, secure employment, and integrate into a community. Our support services include
employment counseling, occupational training, transportation, counseling, childcare services, safety
planning, case management, and other assistance. Support services are offered to all participants on a voluntary basis. We don’t mandate that recipients participate in support services as a condition of receiving housing. Your support enables the administration of impactful educational initiatives, fostering awareness and support services for victims and survivors, working towards justice and healing in our communities.

Emergency Shelter Units

Support our initiative to sponsor emergency shelter units in seven different counties, providing a safe and comfortable living space for individuals and families. Your sponsorship will contribute to maintaining these shelter units, where residents can reside for an average of 30 days. This Short-term housing assistance, including rental or utilities payments assistance and assistance with related expenses such as payment of security deposits and other costs incidental to relocation to transitional housing. This support ensures a secure environment for those seeking refuge from challenging circumstances. By sponsoring emergency shelter units across multiple counties, you play a vital role in offering a temporary home for individuals and families facing difficulties, helping them rebuild their lives with dignity and stability.
