Sherry’s vision as Founder is carried out in close collaboration with the Catapult Outreach Board, whose collective leadership supports the organization’s long-term growth and sustainability. Together, they guide strategic planning, conduct SWOT analyses to assess internal strengths and challenges, and position the organization for grant readiness and funding opportunities. The board also champions financial literacy within the team and community, ensuring Catapult maintains fiscal responsibility while pursuing impact.
