Join Catapult Outreach’s Psychoeducational Support Group, designed to help individuals impacted by domestic violence and trauma. This group focuses on building skills in emotional regulation, coping strategies, and stress management in a safe, supportive environment. Led by certified advocates, sessions empower participants with tools for healing and resilience. Women and their minor children are welcome to join.
